Chauffeurs must maintain a valid medical card, submit to random drug and alcohol screening, and complete a motor vehicle background review annually. Criminal background checks are conducted every year without exception.

Each chauffeur is required to perform documented pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for every assignment to ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and mechanical readiness. Chauffeurs are licensed by local vehicle-for-hire authorities and regulated by the Louisiana Public Service Commission, and they maintain all additional certifications and requirements set forth by the Department of Transportation.
